Suez purchases Utility Service Company

"Suez," A french conglomerate announced this week that it has purchased Utility Service Company (A Water Tank Maintenance Contractor based in Perry, GA). Utility Service Company sells maintentance contracts for tanks to municipilaties all over the U.S. They have local sales representatives here in KY & IN.
